Álvarez-Ossorio Miller & Co. files a lawsuit before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg
On the 18th of November of 2012, Álvarez-Ossorio Miller & Co. filed a lawsuit before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg against Spain for the infringement of Rights contained in the Ruling of the Supreme Court. Said lawsuit was registered with the Court of Human Rights of Strasbourg on the 25th of November with the support of the Ombudsman.
As of today, our Firm is awaiting a statement on the part of the Court of Human Rights of Strasbourg, thereby continuing with the fight on behalf of its more than 300 clients to ensure their right to receive the amounts that correspond to them from Pension Funds is both recognised and made effective.
